The session includes :

• Pre-session consultation to plan and design your customized session including location, ideas,  clothing choices

 

• A one to three hour session in the location of your choice with up to 3 outfit changes

• A reveal and ordering session complete with 25 carefully selected and edited images to review in which the photographer will help you determine the best package for you to display your beautiful prints reflecting your unique style

All sessions include the edited downloadable low resolution digital files of all prints purchased. Some sessions include additional items as stated under Investment. 

 

Prints and digital files can be purchased a la carte or in one of our customized packages during your reveal session. Please see Photo Packages for information.

 

 

Terms and Conditions: All images are copyright of Ray of Sunshine Photography and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photo release is given for your printing convenience for low-resolution files sized up to 8x10. For quality purposes, larger prints must be ordered through the Ray of Sunshine Photography Client Gallery.

 

Payment and Booking: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at time of booking to secure your session date. Contract must be completed and returned with deposit payment. Full payment is required prior to the day of the shoot. Payment for prints must be received in full before your order will be placed.

Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, or Pay-Pal.  Visa or MasterCard are accepted through Pay-Pal. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

Prices do not include tax and are subject to change at any time. Prices are guaranteed at time of booking and for 90 days after your session.

Travel fees of $1.25 per additional mile are applied for locations over 25 miles in all directions from Pearland, TX. 

 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

We know things come up so hopefully cancellation is not necessary and we can reschedule your session as all fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, 24 hour notice is required or deposit is forfeited.  If the cancellation is due to weather conditions, photographer will provide alternate dates for rescheduling your session.
