About the photographer...

Thanks for stopping by to look around! 
I am the founder and photographer of Ray of Sunshine Photography. My passion for photography started many years ago. In my house you will find photo books upon photo books of my high school, college, and wedding memories. Once I had my beautiful children, I realized how important and cherished those memories are. It was in 2013 that I decided to pursue my love of photography. 
 
Ray of Sunshine Photography was built on the principles of sun, fun, and love! My favorite season has always been summer which of course, means lots of sunshine. Summer has now transitioned into spending time with my family making memories which is even better. Photos are to preserve those special moments in your life. You don't want to look back in 5 years and wish you would have captured those precious milestones that tell the story of your life! 
 
I use natural lighting which always provides options for beautiful scenery. I am located in Katy, Texas but can to travel up to 25 miles with no travel fee. Anything past the set radius is $1.25 fee per additional mile. I guide you through your photo session, from planning outfits and poses to the moment of reveal and ordering, which allows for the ultimate experience. I am excited to continue on this journey of this long-loved passion of photography. I look forward to meeting with you to create lasting memories!
